Full Control of the Guest Communication Experience

One of the great benefits of working with RedAwning is that you can streamline and automate almost all of your rental processes - now including guest communication.  Our new "CommHub" allows you to have full control over the guest communication process - everything from prebooking inquiries to automated post stay review requests.  

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A guest (or potential guest) can contact you from your listings on any channel (airbnb, RA.com, etc) through any method they choose (email, text, in channel message, etc) You will receive these messages and can respond to them directly from the RedAwning Portal.   In addition you can create customized and templated messages to send to guests at specific points within their experience.  

WHAT SORT OF COMMUNICATIONS SHOULD I SEND?

This is your communication strategy so the details will vary but we recommend using CommHub for all stops on your guest journey. 

PreBooking guests may have questions about the property such as the number of stairs or distance to key attractions.  

Pre Stay Guests will often have questions about property specifics such as what kind of coffee maker the property has or if beach towels are provided.

Guests in House may wonder about using an amenity or you may want to send automated messages asking about their check in or reminding them that trash collection is on Thursday.

Post Stay you may want to notify your cleaners that the property is ready to turn or even remind your guests how much you appreciate a 5 star review.  

WHAT IS THE SET UP LIKE?

Your onboarding specialist will help you set up your specifics (for instance if you want a standard response to all pre-booking inquiries or to only send information post booking).  Once set up, all of the criteria are available within the RedAwning Portal so you can make changes at any time.  We offer hundreds of different data points on which you can customize your communications so your guest experience can be truly personalized to you.

WHAT ABOUT REVIEWS?

Reviews (and the ability to respond to them) are currently slated to be available within the CommHub dashboard with our fall 2024 release giving you ever more insights and visibility to your property and guests.
