What does it cost to list my properties?
Absolutely nothing. We only earn a commission only on paid reservations that we generate for you.  You can also cancel at any time so there is literally no risk to you.
How do I list my properties on RedAwning?
Our dedicated property listing team will build all of your properties FREE of Charge! We are also fully integrated with HomeAway SoftwareBarefootRental Network Software and Virtual Resort Manager allowing you to push data to RedAwning with a few clicks of the mouse. We’ll handle the rest.
Where will my properties be promoted?
We include your properties on RedAwning.com and across our entire network, all without any upfront or advertising costs to you.  You get access to every channel we use knowing that RedAwning approaches each channel with a combination of scale, automation, and service that brings you much better results for each and every channel with much less work for you.  If you prefer to manage certain channels yourself, simply let us know.
When do I receive payment?
We pay you via check or direct deposit right after checkout. You will receive a detailed invoice with each payment.
How does RedAwning handle security or damage deposits?
In lieu of security deposits, we include a $3000 damage waiver with each stay to ensure a carefree stay for both the renter and for you.
Can I have custom policies for my property?
Our legal team has created a robust rental agreement that covers all parties extremely well.  If you have any policies we don't already cover, let us know and we can either add them generally or add terms to your properties in particular.
