RedAwning stays in constant communication with your guests all the way through booking and even beyond. RedAwning has a proven guest journey to ensure guests have the information they need when they need it. Prior to arrival guests receive a booking notification at the time of booking, a host introduction about a month prior to their trip and their detailed check in instructions about 5 days prior to arrival. After their stay guests are invited to review their stay experience. Guests also have access to our team via text, chat, phone, or email 24 hours a day.

Tim Choate is a trusted partner of RedAwning and is your best contact if you have any questions about the property prior to arrival (including driving directions or special requests) as well as while you are enjoying the property. RedAwning will send you check-in information about 5 days prior to your arrival, and we are here for you as a backup to your local host anytime you need help before, during or after your stay.
